Refund & Return Policy

 

At KarAutoZone, we are committed to providing high-quality auto parts and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you need to return an item, please follow our policy guidelines:


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.


How to Return an Item

  1. Request a Return Authorization (RA) Number – Email us at sales@KarAutoZone.com with your order details and reason for the return.
  2. Package the Item Securely – Ensure it is in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documents.
  3. Ship the Item – Send the package to the address provided along with the RA number. (Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item.)


Exchanges

If you need a replacement part, we offer exchanges for eligible items. Contact our support team to start the exchange process.


Defective or Damaged Items

  • Report any defective or damaged items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the issue along with your order details.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Parts damaged due to improper installation or misuse.
  • Electrical components, unless proven defective.
  • Custom or special-order parts.


Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns of non-defective items, which will be deducted from the refund amount.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before processing for a full refund.
  • Once the order is in the processing or shipping stage, cancellation is no longer possible, and the standard return policy will apply.
